These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy and any additional policies, guidelines, or notices published on the Platform from time to time (collectively, the “Agreement”), define the relationship between You and PrepBaaz (“we”, “us”, “our”).By accessing or using the Platform, You acknowledge that You have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement and all applicable laws and regulations. If You do not agree to any part of this Agreement, You must not access or use the Platform.
1. Access and Registration
You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Platform. If You are between 13 and 18 years, You may use the Platform only with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian. Users below 13 years of age (or such higher minimum age as required under applicable law in Your jurisdiction) are not permitted to use or register on the Platform.By using the Platform, You represent and warrant that You meet the eligibility requirements and have obtained all necessary permissions to do so.To access certain content, services, or features (“Content”), You may be required to register by providing accurate and complete information, including Your name and email address. You agree to keep Your registration details current and accurate at all times.

Participation in Public Forums is optional.PrepBaaz reserves the right to monitor, moderate, remove, or restrict access to Public Forums or User-generated content at its sole discretion, without prior notice, if such content violates this Agreement or applicable laws.You are solely responsible for any content You post (“User Content”) and represent that You own or have the necessary rights to post such content.By posting User Content, You grant PrepBaaz a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, distribute, and display such content in connection with the Platform.
4. License to Use the Platform
PrepBaaz grants You a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use the Platform and Content solely for Your personal, non-commercial use.You may not:
copy, modify, distribute, or reproduce Platform content
create derivative works from Platform content
reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
remove copyright or proprietary notices
share, resell, sublicense, or mirror Platform content
This license terminates immediately upon violation of these Terms.
5. Code of Conduct
You agree not to:
use the Platform for unlawful purposes
post harmful, abusive, hateful, defamatory, or obscene content
engage in harassment, impersonation, or privacy violations
distribute spam, malware, or malicious links
attempt unauthorized access to the Platform
disrupt or interfere with Platform operations
PrepBaaz reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts violating these rules.
6. Intellectual Property
All Platform content, design, branding, trademarks, logos, materials, and software are owned by or licensed to PrepBaaz and are protected under applicable intellectual property laws.Nothing in this Agreement grants You ownership or rights in PrepBaaz’s intellectual property.
7. Payments and Refunds
Payments for paid Content are processed through third-party payment gateways. PrepBaaz does not store sensitive payment information.Unless expressly stated otherwise, all purchases are final and non-refundable, subject to applicable laws and our Refund Policy.
8. Disclaimer
THE PLATFORM AND CONTENT ARE PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND.PREPBAAZ DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
9. Limitation of Liability
IN NO EVENT SHALL PREPBAAZ BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR SPECIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH USE OF THE PLATFORM OR CONTENT.
10. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PrepBaaz and its affiliates from any claims or losses arising from Your use of the Platform or violation of this Agreement.
11. Third-Party Links
The Platform may contain links to third-party websites. PrepBaaz is not responsible for their content or practices.
12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws in the state of Jharkhand, India. and courts located therein shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
13. Modifications
PrepBaaz reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
